These are a lovely pair of 1980's black suede shoes made by Stuart Weitzman for Russel and Bromley. These were made for the American market and they read size 6.5 but that is a USA 6.5 and a European 37.
They have a black suede upper and a black mock croc leather heel and slim platform.
