Shipping Information
(Normally) We ship same day in nearly all situations. Let's expand on that. As of January 2024 shipping is as follows. We will have the item at the post office the day you order it. Once at the post office it departs the next morning by 5:00 am. . If you have a time crunch and need the order sooner please let me know before you purchase or let me know when you purchase and we can work our Priority Express Post which in nearly all days cases means your will receive the order the next day most likley two days later. You getting your order quickly is a very important part of our customer service. If you have questions or possible special requests on shipping please let us know in advance of the order.
All orders come with a gift box and in nearly all cases a card that explains the details of the material that you have ordered. We take extra care in packing to be sure the order arrives safe and sound.
Return Policy
We accept exchanges of purchases from our shop and also will give credit toward future purchases. We do not accept returns on orders or custom orders.
I you have a concern or issue with your order please contact us first before given us a poor review. It is very important to us to have satisfied customers.
Gail and I want to let you know that Etsy now offers a payment installment option. It looks like you set it up in the checkout process when purchasing an item from us. You are able to divided the transaction into multiple payments that are deducted from your credit card.

We are also at The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan. <<<
The Henry Ford has asked us to create two lines of Fordite Jewelry. Along with The Henry Ford Museum our jewelry is or has been available at NorthGoods in Petoskey, and now you can find our jewelry at the Michigan History Museum in Lansing. We have had our jewelry at the Berry College Museum Store in Rome Georgia. You may know Berry from the movie Sweet Home Alabama where portions of the movie were shot. In the past our jewelry was also displayed and sold at the National Automotive Museum in Reno, Nevada.
This is a great honor and privilege for Gail and me to be recognized like this.
