Payment
I only accept Paypal at this time. I prefer payment within a week of purchase, but if you are unable to pay immediately, PLEASE LET ME KNOW so I have an idea of what to expect. No items will be shipped until payment is received.
If paying by e-check, your purchase will ship after the payment has cleared.
For custom orders, special payment arrangements can be made.
If you decide you would like to cancel your order BEFORE payment, please be considerate and let me know. I will not accept cancellations after payment, and custom orders CANNOT be canceled after work has begun.
Shipping
HOLIDAY SHIPPING--Want to make sure you get your items before Christmas? These are my cutoff dates for ordering:
Custom Orders: December 3
Regular Orders: December 13
If you order after the 13th, you might still get your package in time, but I can't guarantee it.

Most items are shipped within 3-4 days of receiving payment. I package my items safely, securely, and attractively, and try to re-use materials when possible to cut down on cost and waste. I ship all my items via USPS First Class or Priority if it's big enough, which takes around 2-4 days (domestic) depending on location. This does include delivery confirmation, but not insurance. I use Paypal to do most of my shipping so you should receive an email notification when your purchase ships. If your Paypal and Etsy shipping addresses differ, I will ask for your preference. If none is given, I will ship to the Etsy address.
If you would like faster shipping or insurance, please let me know before paying and I will send you a revised invoice.
International buyers are welcome, but they are responsible for any extra costs incurred through customs.
If you have any special shipping requests, please let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept returns at this time or offer refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All of my items are handmade with care by me, in a smoke-free environment. I am supervised occasionally by my cat, but he finds it very tedious and boring so he doesn’t help. Recycled/re-purposed materials are used when possible in creating my items.
My tiny plushes are made from Kunin polyester felt, which is made from recycled plastic. They are all hand-stitched and stuffed with polyester fiberfill. My bigger plushes are usually made from very soft polyester fleece and are a combination of hand and machine sewing.
I love variety and I love a good challenge, so I am open to custom requests. Want something in a different color or size? Or something completely new? Just tell me what you want and I will let you know if it’s possible or not. Wholesale inquiries are also welcome.
