If you have any questions about a piece of jewelry or my shop policies, please contact me.
I also accept orders for custom jewelry. I can create most of the items in my shop in different colors. Please convo me for more information.
I accept credit cards, Etsy gift cards and PayPal for payment.
Payment is expected at the time of purchase and must be received before the item will ship. If you have any issues or questions about making your payment, please contact me as soon as possible. If payment has not been received within 3 business days of purchase, the transaction will be canceled.
Sales tax will be collected for orders shipped to Illinois.
All items are shipped within 1-3 days of payment.
I send items via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. USPS usually delivers Priority Mail in 2-3 days. All domestic orders come with free tracking. Insurance available upon request for an additional charge.
I also offer international shipping through USPS Priority International Mail, which should arrive at its destination in 6-10 business days.
If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please note the correct address to use in the “message to seller” during checkout. If you don't specify, I will mail to your Etsy address.
Jelene Britten Designs is not responsible for any goods lost, stolen or damaged in the mail. Once a package has been posted, I am no longer able to accept responsibility for it. Insurance is available upon request for an additional fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. Items can be exchanged or returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) if returned to me in original condition and packaging. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the purchase amount, minus shipping fees.
I cannot accept returns or give refunds if you do not contact me within 5 days of receiving your item and then return the item within 30 days of your purchase date. I cannot accept returns or give refunds for items that are damaged by misuse from the customer.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me prior to leaving feedback, and I will do everything I can to fix it. It's my highest priority that you are completely happy with your purchase!
Custom pieces are not refundable or exchangeable once the design has been made.
