There is a new approach I've been attempting as far as finishes on the recycled, reused and reclaimed silver and silver plated utensils I use as my main "subject" in my jewelry pieces. Think Patinas! I'm really liking the way I've been able to create an "aged" look to the metal utensils giving it an imperfect unpolished, unshiny look. I double as a faux finisher, therefore this new approach to manipulate the finish on the utensils, comes to no surprise.
