I use many materials, including cloisonne, glass, Swarovski crystals, lamp work glass, polymer clay, semi precious stones, pearls, sterling silver, pewter and gold plate. My ear wires are silver plate, but I can change them for sterling silver for an extra charge of $3.50. (I have customers who normally have a reaction to non sterling jewelry say that my silver plate wires don't cause them any problems though!)
Customer satisfaction is top priority in my business. If there is any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact me within three days of when you receive it and we will arrange a replacement, refund or exchange.
I will gladly ship internationally! I only charge actual postage, and I can't calculate the postage rates for all countries to list them here, but if you contact me and ask I will gladly calculate it for you right away.
