Shipping- Please note that the shipping is for customers that are not local. If you are local (Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, York, VA), I can deliver for $10, you can pick up, or I can ship (your choice). I try to charge the correct amount for shipping but sometimes the USPS confuses me. :) If you are charged more than $3 extra, I will refund the difference.
