My processing time is based off my current backlog at the time a new order is placed. The quantity shown is not reflective of the product in stock. Processing time is estimated to be 4 weeks from the date of checkout. There is a delivery window posted on each item, that shows when items are most likely to be delivered. This is an estimate, and times may vary due to unforeseen delays with shipping carriers. Please note that when ordering multiple items, it can take a few days longer than the posted delivery estimate.

I am pleased you stopped by! I kindly ask that you read the item description in full prior to ordering. The descriptions have important information such as size/dimensions, and materials used.

My shop contains a combination of crocheted and wood products designed for children, children's room decor, home and holiday decor. A sample picture is provided, and unless otherwise requested, your order will be made similar to the sample. All of my pieces are hand crafted and hand painted (original, not reproduced) and so no two pieces are "identical". Your item will truly be, one of a kind!

The items that are "primitive/rustic" style and made from wood will have typical wood characteristics. There are sometimes knots, dents, chips, splits, and rough edges. This is typical for this style and adds to the character of the piece. I will not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on pieces for this reason.

Any design for a custom order is discussed verbally, I do not offer sketches or proofs. However, I can send pictures of progress prior to finalizing the item to make sure we are on the same page!

*********PROCESSING TIME******** Is generally 4 WEEKS from the date of checkout and it does NOT include ship time. Processing time is based off of my current workload with the addition of a new order. Please message me directly if your order is time sensitive.

*******READY TO SHIP: Listings that say, "Ready to Ship" in their title will ship out in 2-3 business days. If the listing does not say, "Ready to Ship", then it is made per order and please refer to the 4 week processing time.

*******ORDERING: Orders are worked on in the order they are received. Payment is required at the time of checkout and before I begin any new work. TO PLACE AN ORDER: Check out the listing you want. There is a section titled, "NOTES TO SELLER". You can place any details in this section. For example: yarn color/paint color/child's name and etc.. You can ALSO send me a conversation if you have any questions or want to discuss your order prior to completing your purchase.

******SHIPPING: All orders are shipped with either USPS or FED EX and tracking numbers are provided. I do offer free shipping on orders over $35. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping details. Please be advised that the delivery window assigned, is an estimate and occasionally there are carrier delays. I hope that when your order arrives you will be pleased! But if you do encounter any issues, I ask that you kindly message me prior to leaving negative feedback in a review. I would be happy and accommodating to work out a resolution for any problems. I do not offer refunds for shipping delays. If a package is lost while in transit, then appropriate measures will be taken to file a claim and offer a refund.

********WORK HOURS: My typical hours are from 9:00 am -4:00 pm., Monday -Friday. This is the time when conversations will be returned. Please allow up to 24 hours for new responses. I am often working through the evenings and on weekends, but this time is also reserved for family and other household responsibilities.
