Welcome to JewellerybyGauthier, here you will find a selection original, handmade, and unique designs in silver and other contemporary materials.
Most designs are in stock and ready to ship. Others are made to order when purchased.
Any specific requirements, such as, different colours or sizes, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
I accept paypal (UK or USA) as soon as your payment has cleared, I will ship your item immediately.
Payment must be received within 3 days.
I will accept cancellations unless your item has already been shipped, please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
As soon as your payment has cleared, I will ship your item immediately.
However, if you have ordered any 'specific requirements' such as a different colour or sized item, your order may take slightly longer but I will advise of this in our email correspondence when discussing your requirements.
UK Delivery is sent via Royal Mail and is trackable the cost is $3.00 per order. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail which will aim to reach you within 10 days and the cost is $5.00 per order. All payments must be received and authorised prior to despatch.
If you require your item next day or faster than the above methods, I can arrange to ship it quicker but this will cost more meaning your Postage cost will be higher.
I obtain a proof of posting for all items posted - UK and International.
The customer is responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc they may incur in their country.
All items are sent in a standard jewellery box, if your item is to be given as a gift and you would like a gift box instead of a standard box, please contact me and I will arrange it.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of your item.
Your item must be returned in the original, unworn condition.
Please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if returning an item as I am not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged whilst being returned
Please note I can only refund the item cost but not the Postage costs.
Please note I will not accept the return of earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
