Welcome

I believe that Etsy should be a positive experience for the buyer and the seller. I will do my best to keep the buyer informed about when I've shipped and estimated time of arrival.

Feedback is an important part of Etsy. I always leave buyers feedback, generally soon after I am aware of the payment. Please return the favor by leaving positive feedback when you receive the item. Not only does it reassure the next potential buyer, but it lets me know that you have received the item. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please convo me so we can work something out.

Payment

I accept both PayPal and Google Checkout. Google checkout is available in the US and the UK. You must have an account with them. PayPal is accepted world wide and you don't have to have an account with them; just pay using a valid credit card.

Please convo me if you wish to use Google Checkout. Missippi residents wishing to arrange local pickup can pay with cash. Please convo me if you want to arrange this.

Shipping

I ship USPS and will get the item shipped out within the week. I use recycled material for packing and shipping to do my part for the earth. I generally use Priority Mail, but will use First Class for some smaller items. If you want the item gift wrapped, please let me know and I will do it for you for $2.00 more. Prices include insurance or delivery confirmation.

I have recently updated my shipping prices. Many of these reflect prices from shipping zones furthest away from Mississippi. If you think you are in a zone closer to Ms, please convo me, and I will adjust the shipping for you. If you live in central Mississippi and can arrange local pickup, please convo me and I will send you a revised invoice or refund the shipping to you.
International shipping for jewelry is posted for the U.S., the UK, Australia, and Mexico. For other items it is listed for the US, Canada, and Mexico. Please convo me before paying for adjusted shipping, or I will refund your PayPal account any overcharges incurred.

If shipping is more than $2.oo less than charged, I will refund the extra money.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns- I want you to love my things as much as I do. If for some reason it is not what you hoped for, please convo me. I will accept returns within 4 days of receipt if you convo me first, but I cannot refund shipping costs.
