Another restock will be in about 2 weeks. Turnaround time will be 4-7 business BUSINESS days to ship, not including any holidays or weekends, I spend those days with my family. After the polishes that are already poured in the old (typical indie) style bottle are sold (minis and full), I will be using my new mini and new full size bottles from now on. I did receive my large order of new bottles but some still are poured in the old bottles. Some orders may have some of both styles of bottles, depending on what was poured at the time of your order. I cannot take requests for certain bottle styles as I will send what is poured and in stock at the time of your order. I do not have many left in the old bottle styles and I think I've made a note on each listing of the shades poured in the old bottles styles, but I may have missed a listing. Also, I now use clear labels on the lighter shades. I cannot send replacement clear labels for those of you with the neon pink labels on the lighter shades. Sorry, if I do it for one, I have to do it for all who ask. I do still use the neon pink labels on the darker shades. I will be using clear labels with white print on the darker shades very soon.
During restocks, I will be listing everything I have in stock, so if you see a polish you like, grab it! I have a few core polishes that will stick around but most of them will be rotated out. If a polish is marked "discontinued" it will be gone for awhile, possibly forever. Some discontinued polishes will comeback if there is a high demand for it Each time I re-open or have a restock, there will be at least one new polish, sometimes more than one. I love creating new polish colors, but in order to have room to store new colors, I have to get rid of some of the old ones because I do not have the space to store too many colors at one time.
If you purchased gift wrapping for any of your orders and wanted me to ship the package to the gift recipient, YOU MUST HAVE CHANGED YOUR ADDRESS ON ETSY TO THE GIFT RECIPIENT'S ADDRESS BEFORE checkout to get the order shipped to the correct address, NO exceptions, sorry. I print my shipping labels in bulk hundreds at a time. The orders will be shipped to the Etsy address on file at the time of your order.

**Update Saturday, Feb 23, 2013: Restock Saturday, Feb 23 at noon CST. I will be listing Princess Breath, Rave and Taste Like Snozberries last all at the same exact time. The others will be before that and some will be listed together. I cannot go back and combine or refund any orders. If you make a mistake on your order and need to cancel/refund and start over, go ahead and request a refund for the wrong order, and go through with your second order to prevent losing polishes you want. I will go back and refund and cancel later. Once an order is placed, I cannot make any changes, additions or anything once finalized. Also, I cannot take any special order add-on's or special requests made via Etsy messaging or email. Any and all special requests must be made in the comment box during check out so that the request prints with your invoice and I see it during packaging. If you had a special request and forgot to mention it during your order, you make your request next restock at this point. Once I deactivate the listings and begin the shipping/processing part, I cannot cancel and refund anymore orders as the listings will not be active to start over.
I updated the Google inventory spreadsheet last night so it has the correct inventory. Hopefully by the next restock, I will have my new website up and running and it will have full collections there for purchase. There will also be a 5 minute cart holding system to help with the cart jacking :)! The new website will be www.jindienails.com. There are no listings on my website yet. There are no listings active on Etsy until noon today. When my new website opens, I will keep my Etsy store open as well, but offer collections and a more relaxing shopping experience on the new website. **NEW International, Canadian & US SHIPPING rates effective as OF FEB 4, 2013: US orders will be the same as before @ $3.00 FIRST ITEM .75 cents/EACH ADDITIONAL; INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be $10 FIRST ITEM and $2 EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM. Canadian orders will be $7 first and $1.25 each additional. USPS shipping rates went up on 1/27/13. There was a dramatic increase for Canadian and international rates but just a slight increase on domestic rates. I will no longer be sending replacement packages for missing international orders. I cannot be responsible for any other countries customs delays and/or seizures. International orders are buy at your own risk. I'm really sorry for this but there have been quite a few missing packages lately. I will have to stop offering international shipping if it ever becomes too much of a risk. Please allow up to 6 weeks before contacting me about any missing international packages. I am willing to send replacement packages ONLY in the next purchase and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.**
Unfortunately, I cannot combine and refund shipping over payments for multiple orders or make any changes to any orders once they are finalized. Please make sure you are happy with your cart and all of your info (including your address) is correct before you check out. Make sure that everything you want is in your cart when you check out to get the combined shipping rate. What I can do is if you make multiple orders and would like to cancel and start over with one order with everything you wanted, go ahead and request a refund/cancellation on the orders you placed first, but go ahead and purchase what you wanted all in one order immediately so you don't miss out on polishes you wanted. I will go back and cancel/refund later, usually same day. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made whatsoever. If you need to change the address, color choices, etc, you will have to request to cancel the order and start over. I suggest going ahead and re purchasing the correct order and have me cancel and refund the wrong order, so that you don't lose the chance at a polish you want. I have no problem cancelling/refunding so you can start over with correct info. I'm sorry I cannot do these things anymore b/c if I do it for one person, I have to do it for everyone to be fair, and that takes a lot of time plus many mistakes can happen. Thank you for understanding. I will be restocking here on Etsy twice a month until I get my website up and running smoothly, then I will restock my new website twice monthly and here on Etsy maybe once per month. If you are a customer that got the discount code in your order before the holidays (orders from Nov 7-Dec 1st only) due to longer than usual shipping, please contact me so I can give you a new, personal code to use on your next order. The old code is deactivated and will no longer work. Those codes were for the next purchase only so if you have not gotten to use the code yet, I can and will honor that for you. If you received a letter in a November order that stated you can choose a free mini with next purchase, the only way to redeem that free mini is to leave a comment during checkout in the note to seller box and list at least 4 shades. I cannot accept messages to add onto an order. Please choose at least 4 or 5 colors in case the one you requested is not in stock. I did put a free mini in almost all orders from November but I ran out of mini bottles. The orders that did not get a free mini got the option to choose one in next order. This is not for every order from November, only if your name is on my list of people that are still owed a free mini.

ORIGINAL SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT:
Welcome!! Here you can find top quality, ORIGINAL, artisan (hand crafted) nail polish. Jindie Nails will always be original colors, never intentionally copied or "duped" from any other indies EVER! My polishes are all cruelty free (never tested on animals) & 3 free: NO Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), NO Formaldehyde & NO Toluene. All of my polishes are custom hand blended from scratch by myself with a proper suspension lacquer base, micas, pigments & solvent resistant and/or cosmetic grade glitters and shimmers. I never use store bought polishes to make my polishes, they are all mixed from scratch, guaranteed. Due to the nature of the product, batches can and will vary slightly from one another. I do try my best to make them look the same, but some do look slightly different from time to time. I may not list every single color and/or glitter that is in the polish but I will provide several pictures and/or blogger links with most of my listings. Sometimes, I will change one or more glitters in a polish (depending on availability). All of the materials used in making my polishes are the finest ingredients available and come with at least 2 stainless steel (only stainless steel, never zinc or any other metal) mixing balls to help mix your polish properly. Some of the thicker polishes may contain 3 balls. The base used to make these polishes can be thicker than usual. If necessary, please use a drop or two of polish thinner until it's your desired consistency.
