I'm a Dutch designer and illustrator / painter who really loves Apple and his products.
I couldn't find a nice sleeve for my first iPhone, so I designed one for myself, that's how it started.

I love:
The feeling of rough leather and soft felt.
The sound of my sewing machine.

All items are made by hand with good care and a lot of fun!

Payment

I only accept PAYPAL.

Please complete your payment within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

- Your order will be shipped by Priority Airmail by TNT Post from the Netherlands.
There is no tracking or insurance (the 13" sleeves are an exception, I ship them with TNT basic priority but with tracking) .

- I also can offer UPS express. If you would like that, please contact me, I'll check the shipping costs to your country.

- I’m not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost or misplaced orders.
- If you do want insurance on your order, please contact me by email and I’ll send you an adjusted invoice.
- I don’t write “gift” on your package and I'm not responsible for international fees and tariffs.

- The order will be sent to your Etsy address.
- If you want your order to be send to another address, please send me an email.

- Your order will be send as soon after the received payment, but at least within 5 working days.

- Expected TNT delivery date:
The Netherlands: 1-2 business day
Europe: 2-5 business days
Everywhere else: 4-10 business days

Refunds and Exchanges

I make and send my items with care. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please send me an email within 7 days after you received your item.
You can send your order back (at your own expense) and I’ll give you a refund or exchange when I receive the item in original condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I'm not responsible for liable damage to personal property or persons during the use of my sleeves.

* sometimes I make a few sleeves of the same color. I make one photo, so it can happen that your sleeve is not on the photo. I'll try to make every sleeve exactly as the photo, but it's still unique and handmade :-) If you want to know more about this, please contact me, I'll be happy to inform you about the item or make more pictures.

** All photo's are made with the best care, but it can happen the color on the photo is slightly different from the real item. That's because we all have different computer monitors.
