The vast majority of "lost" mail turns up within this timeframe. I cannot report lost mail to Royal Mail until 25 days have passed from the expected delivery date. If your item arrives damaged or still hasn't arrived after 30 days, please get in touch and I'll sort it out. Thank you for your understanding when shopping small. ❤
American buyers should note that tracking is not standard on mail sent from the UK. Tracking is available as an add on fee for some eligible items.

♻️ I reuse packaging materials where possible. This means some of my packaging may be a little scruffy, but it's all in the name of saving the planet and keeping the cost to you low. Please reuse or recycle the packaging further if you can! ❤️
🗺 Tracking is not standard practice for mail sent from the UK.
⏳ Please understand that items coming from abroad can take a long time to arrive. This is outside of my control. Please wait 30 days before reaching out about items not arriving if you are outside the UK - the vast majority of "lost" items show up by then. Etsy's delivery estimates are optimistic and I cannot change them.
👕 Graphic Tees (NOT Hand Painted Tees) are fulfilled by my production partner Printful.com. This means they are printed and shipped directly from their fulfilment centres around the world by a variety of postal services, allowing me to offer global free shipping on these products I have designed and illustrated. They will come separately to other items you order from me.
🛃 Buyers are wholly responsible for any other additional charges imposed by their country of residence. When you buy items from abroad, you may be subject to taxes and fees. I am NOT responsible for these additional costs. Please be aware that items subjected to these fees may be held in customs for extended periods of time, delaying delivery to you.
🌍 Sadly, I no longer ship to many destinations (most notably Germany, France and Spain) following complex new shipping regulations that are impossible for a micro business to comply with.

Custom and personalised orders
I can create custom designs for T-shirts and offer existing designs on products not featured in the store. If you'd like the design on a different fit - like for example a kids t-shirt - please get in touch!
The possibilities are truly endless! If you want something specific, or just have a vague idea, send me a message and lets discuss the options.
I cannot create custom enamel pins for you!
Sizing details
My Hand Painted Bleach Tees (unless otherwise stated) are Gildan Brand Mens/Unisex sizes, I use either Heavyweight or Ultra Cotton. https://www.gildan.com/pages/size-chart
Printed Graphic Tees vary - see item descriptions.
If you need something specific - plus sizes, womens, kids, you name it and I'll source it - send me a message!
Care instructions
There are no specific care instructions for my t-shirts, but I would always recommend washing ALL clothes at cooler temps and avoiding the tumble dryer where possible. Your clothes will last longer and so will the environment. :)
I need this by a certain date
I will always try, but I am at the mercy of the International postal services. But if you're outside the UK, you really need to leave *at least* 3 weeks between ordering and receiving. This time can increase during the holiday season and has remained erratic since the pandemic, due to a funding cuts, strike action and global events. Please wait 30 days before contacting me about items which have not arrived to account for this.
