Turnaround time is a little bit longer than usual right now. Please let me know if you need something by a certain date!

Choose clasps for any set of stitch markers with no added cost. Just leave a note at checkout and I'll change the rings to to medium clasps. Smaller clasps, different rings and leverback hooks are also available. Let me know if you'd like to customize any listing. I can usually accommodate.

Take advantage of combined shipping! You only pay shipping for one item and Delivery Confirmation is included on orders of $10+ for US customers.

All items are made in my smoke-free home.

I make all of my items very carefully using high quality supplies. I only sell those which I would use myself.

Shipping

Take advantage of combined shipping! Shipping charge is for one item - additional items in the same order ship for free.

U.S. packages are shipped using USPS First Class. Orders of items totaling $10 and up will receive shipping confirmation at no additional cost.

International orders are shipped USPS First Class International without confirmation.

I'm am lucky enough to have a constant supply of donated reusable bubble envelopes and shipping materials from allover the world. I encourage you to continue reusing the packing materials in which I ship your items to keep them out of landfills and recycle whenever possible :o)

Please inform me of any size constrictions or other shipping concerns.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try my best to set aside time to input your tracking number into a Paypal email. If this doesn't happen and you need the number, please let me know.

I want my customers to be happy. If you receive your purchase and it's less that what you expected, please return it within 30 days and I will refund the cost of the item.

I've put all of my items through the "Judy Proof" test and sometimes even I exceed the hardcore crafting boundaries of the supplies that I use! If any of your items become unusable, please let me know...I might be able to fix or replace it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you see something that is close to what you want, please let me know what I can do to make it exactly what you are looking for. In most cases, I can mix and match items and add or remove items to meet your needs.

You can now have clasps instead of rings on any design at no extra charge! If you would like the "removable stitch marker" instead of the ones with rings, please add a note for me in the message box at checkout. The default clasp on your markers will be the medium sized ones that you see throughout my listings, unless noted otherwise. If you want a different size or prefer the large earring leverback/hinge clasps which fit on most knitting needles, please let me know.
