Welcome! Do you love to knit with handspun yarn, or spin your own? I spin colorful sock yarn and lace yarn, and sell top quality fibers including carded batts, handpainted roving and top, and handpainted, overdyed yarn. I often blend wool with other fibers like silk and bamboo for shine and strength. I use everything I sell for my own spinning and knitting and I know that working with the best fiber really makes a difference.

I enjoy providing a variety of different fibers in each update, and I welcome any questions or suggestions that you might have. All my dyed fibers are made with professional acid dyes. Please let me know if there is a spinning fiber you are anxious to try. I love variety.

I do my best to describe each item accurately and to take good photos, but all monitors differ in their color balance, so slight differences are to be expected.

Finally, a word about knots - I have wound over 200 skeins of my different yarns by hand in the past few months and I've seen that many skeins have no knots, sometimes there's one, and rarely more than one. Often what looks like a knot turns out to be just a bit of fluff than can be pulled out of the yarn. However, I recently switched to an electric skeinwinder, so I'm sure I don't notice every knot. I think a low incidence of knots is to be expected and most people understand, but if you somehow wind up with a knotty skein *and* it bugs you, *please* let me know and I'll try to help. I want happy customers!
