A note about shipping to all customers:
To promote affordable skin care options, my default shipping rates are for surface mail without a tracking number or insurance. If you need your package to arrive by a certain date, or if you are concerned about lost or stolen packages, please enquire about expedited service, tracking and/or insurance.
Due to the varying weights and dimensions of my products, it is not possible to know the real cost of combined shipping until I know precisely what you would like to order. If you would like to purchase more than one item and your real shipping price is less than the amount charged, I will refund the difference. If you would like to know your combined shipping cost in advance, please contact me as I will happily create a custom listing to resolve any discrepancies in advance =-) I will likewise create custom listings to faciliate shipping by air mail, or expedited service with a tracking number.
A note to Canadian customers:
Canada Post has strange ideas about what shipping costs should be within Canada as anything over 2 cm thick qualifies as a parcel. I'm terribly sorry about the high rates and suggest that the best way to get the best value is to order more so shipping is combined thus reducing the cost per item. Share an order with a local friend and share the cost of shipping, too! Contact me for more details =-)
