We are currently done taking orders requested to receive in May. We apologize for the inconvenience. For orders due in June, please try to contact us as soon as you can.
Current turnaround time for wedding invitation is 4 weeks. Turnaround times for other paper goods (place cards, cards, and tags) are at least 2 weeks. We current CANNOT take any place card or table number card order that requested to receive in less than two weeks. Please contact us FIRST before you place an order.
~~NO ASSEMBLING NEEDED~~
All our invitation suites will be assembled, and that includes belly bands, which the ribbons and tags are pre-attached on the belly bands.

- Please plan your order ahead. All our cards and favor kits are MADE TO ORDER. We will do our best to meet your event schedules, but we simply can't perform miracles. Providing your even dates will help us to keep on track of your orders, to make sure you receive your packages at least few days before your events.
- Please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address when you place your order. Sometimes Paypal might still show your pervious address as current address and you might not even know about it.
***CUSTOM DESIGN***
We love custom design, but we are not taking any major custom order request at this moment due to our overloaded work schedule, but please still feel free to send us a message if you would like to request a custom design order for your future event.
We work VERY VERY hard to make sure our customers are satisfied with our service and product. Please contact us FIRST if you are not happy with what you get. We will be more than happy to fix things for you.
