KMKDesigns creates alternative, steampunk, gothic and lolita clothing that is handmade and bridal gowns with care and great craftsmanship.

We design alternative wedding dresses and alternative clothing inspired by Steampunk, Neo-victorian, Lolita and Gothic styles. We also specialize in custom and plus sizing. We make everything locally in our Studio in Stillwater, MN.

We are a mother daughter collaboration. with over 35 years experience who love creating quality alternative wear. We create clothing for women who want to be confident and unique, who are tired of mainstream fashion. We believe that clothing should make you feel as beautiful as you are no matter what society's standard is. We create outfits from gorgeous bridal gowns to everyday wear from fabrics we hand pick to be high quality, comfortable and elegant. We love neo-Victorian, Lolita and Gothic. Our clothing can be characterized and a modern twist of Steampunk, Japanese lolita and a lot of fantastical creation.

All of our corsets in our bridal gowns are quality and made to hold up with up to four layer of support and fully boned. Our everyday wear is made to fit with some adjustment techniques to make sure for that perfect fit. Our materials include cotton, silk and high quality blends.

The difference between our clothing and costumes is that our creations can hold up to everyday life. You can certainly wear our clothing for a costume, but we where our own designs everyday and they are created so you can to!
**PLUS SIZE All of our items can be made in our size 2X and above if it is not listed in our plus size section please contact us for a quote. Our 2X generally starts above a 45 inch waist

We ship Priority shipping and First Class for smaller and international items. Some international is shipped priority depending on weight. We practice Eco-friendly methods, we use all recycled shipping materials and we do not throw scraps away but donate them or give them out for free to fellow crafters.
