Welcome to KT's Woodshop. Our goal is to supply our unique handmade modern and rustic modern items with 100% customer satisfaction.
We accept credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and paypal payments.
We also accept personal checks. Please allow 7-10 days for checks to clear our bank before shipment.
Our standard shipping method in the continental U.S. is via FedEx Ground Service. If you need an item sooner, please contact us for an expedited shipping quote.
We are a small business and both FedEx and UPS charge a fee for each pick up. In order to keep our prices down, we typically ship orders out once a week.
We will gladly ship to international customers. Please contact us for shipping quotes. International shipments are sent via US Postal Service.
If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
Refunds and Exchanges
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Return requests must be received within 14 days upon delivery of item(s) purchased. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue.

All of our products are available in any of the colors shown throughout our site. We can also create custom colors.
CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMES:
Our current production lead time is 1-2 weeks for unfinished items that will be painted as ordered.
