14-Day Returns Your Way
You may receive a merchandise credit. Simply be sure that we receive the merchandise you wish to return within 14 days from the date you originally received it in its original condition with all the packaging intact and tags attached to merchandise. You will be responsible for paying the carrier's shipping fee . The packing slip that came with your order shows the final date by which we can accept the merchandise. Our 14-day window gives you time to send a purchase back, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.

*Late Returns
We can accept returnable merchandise for up to 14 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and won't be able to issue your merchandise credit.

*No Exchanges
We strive to offer you fabulous merchandise that is exclusive to our customers. Because of this, we cannot process exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a merchandise credit.

*Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe a product was shipped in error from KACHI DESIGNS, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact KACHI Designs so we can resolve the problem, keeping in mind that all returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
