***Welcome to Karenisa's Lily-Lu Shoppe! I hope you love my items as much as I love making them! All hats are custom made for you, unless otherwise specified as ready to ship. Hats are my most popular item, but I also hand crochet booties, afghans, bibs, barrettes, headbands, scarves, and more. All items are made with really soft high quality cotton or acrylic yarn, they are never stiff or scratchy. All of my items make great gifts! Everything in my store is made to order, unless specified it is already made. If you have a special request, let me know and I will do everything I can to help you! For sizing, I would prefer you send me your child's head measurement to ensure correct fit. If a measurement isn't possible, that's OK! I have a size chart that I can go by. I always re-list my items after they sell (unless I am out of materials), so if you see something you like and come back and it's gone, just convo me and tell me to hurry up and re-list it for you! Also, if you'd like 2 or more of the same item, just convo me and I will change the quantity in the listing for you.***

***Busy season is here once again :) Please allow about 2 to 2.5 weeks until shipment. With shipping time, it can take up to 3.5 weeks for your order to arrive, so order early! Because of the busy season, I am not able to take any rush orders at this time-however, you can upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express to get your order quicker. Please convo me for a quote before ordering. If you need a hat by Christmas, now is the time to order! Domestic Orders-I can't guarantee shipment by Christmas Eve if you order after Nov. 28th. International orders need to be placed by November 14th to ensure Christmas delivery. I really appreciate your patience! :)***

All items are designed by me, patterns are written by me as well. Sorry, patterns are not for sale. Please do not copy my designs and sell them for profit, I work very hard on all my patterns and designs. Thanks!

IMPORTANT, please read before placing orders : Since this is the beginning of the busy fall/winter season, please allow about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks after completed payment for your order to ship. It's been a busy busy month so please be assured that I am crocheting all day long to make sure your order gets out in a timely fashion. I'm sorry, but I cannot do any rush orders at this time. Make sure to order early before the Christmas rush. I use First Class mail for both domestic and international orders. Insurance is highly recommended, please ask for a quote. Please see my store policies for more information before purchasing :) Also, I do not ship on Saturdays in order to have at least one day off to spend with my kids and hubby :)
Also, make sure to heart me, as I do have sales occasionally!
