I began my jewelry making journey in 2008 when I discovered some disregarded vintage buttons in my grandmother's sewing kit. They were so lovely that I couldn't imagine them sitting in a box for the rest of their existence. I created some cute little earrings with those buttons, and things have just blossomed from there.

My jewelry designs have developed and refined over time, but they still come from the same place in my heart. I am completely self-taught and all of my designs have been concocted in my mind and sculpted in wire.

My shop name "KariLu Jewelry Designs" was easy for me to select. Ever since I was a tiny child, my most beloved family members have called me Kari Lu. It's a name that will forever make me feel loved.

My shop has been open since January 7, 2010. I love celebrating the anniversary every year!
