Turn-around time was not as advertised. I placed the order on Dec 1, and the item did not ship until Dec 15. When I reached out to the seller, I was told that the turn around is 5 BUSINESS days from the time payment is received. Any way you count it, the item shipped late. The package did not ship until I reached out to the seller to ask about the status because it seemed like it was taking too long. I never received a tracking number either. The item itself was as expected.
