Welcome to Katiebug Bows where we offer fun accessories for girls of all ages!!!! We offer hair bows, hair clips, and headbands for girls and their dolls!

I am a stay at home mom of two young children and, in any spare time that I have, I really enjoy making great creations and sharing them with others. I'm a native of the Carolinas and a graduate of Clemson University (Go Tigers)!! I love NCAA football and look forward to offering more NCAA themed items as we get closer to football season!

In addition to making great items for girls of all ages, I also love to make items for 18" dolls such as American Girl and Our Generation. American Girl is as popular as ever! If you are thinking about having party featuring these 18" dolls convo me about discounts for bulk orders of woven headbands, small or medium pinwheel bows, and clippies for the dolls. They make great gifts for any girl that loves her doll or can be given as party favors at your own party. I also make matching Mommy and Me woven headbands. I can make them in a variety of color combinations and patterns!

I got started making hair accessories after I had sticker shock over how expensive nice hair accessories were in the stores childrens' boutiques. And bows that I did find that were in my price range just looked poorly made, IMO. So I decided to learn how to make these items myself! I have now been making bows and headbands since Nov 2009 but I'm new to Etsy and just listed my first items on Jan 6th, 2011! All of my items have heat sealed ends to prevent fraying and are made in a smoke free home.
