Hi and welcome to Kat’s Adorable Treasures! This shop is filled of the things that I adore and hopefully other people do too. Each item has had care, time and attention soaked into it, resulting in a product that I am always reluctant to sell.
The materials I use range from handmade polymer clay items, which I carefully craft into objects myself, these may not always have the perfect finish that is seen on factory made items.
If I have not crafted the item myself I am always sure to highlight that in any description.
Other materials are beads, glass lamp work and some ceramic and metal items.
Sizes, range of colours,and variations will all be listed in the description of any item.
If you would like something made to order I more than happy to do so.

The preferred method of payment is Paypal, however if for any reason you are unable to pay via this method,feel free to contact me via convo and we can always arrange an alternative.
Payments should be made within 5 days of purchase, however if there is a problem just let me know so we can sort something out.
Items will always be shipped once payment has been received.
If by any chance you would like to cancel an order please do so within 3 days of purchasing the item(s) and a full refund will be given. Or notify me as soon as possible and I shall be happy to help.

Shipping
Any item which is purchased will come carefully packaged. I believe that there is nothing better than getting a parcel which has been taken care of. I like to make objects look good so will often include cute tape, invoices on sweet note paper and also lots of confetti.
There is no extra charge for gift wrapping or maybe just a note added in. This is all part of the service. Making people smile when they receive something in the post makes me feel good.
Of course every package will be bubbled wrapped and in a bubble lined envelope.
Item(s) will be shipped to the Etsy address specified on your order, unless otherwise specified via contact convo, if this is the case please let me know as soon as possible.

Item(s) will be shipped with Royal Mail, Second Class, 2-3 day delivery period for the UK, and all other countries will take approximately 1-2 weeks.
Unfortunately at this time I am unable to send any item recorded delivery unless requested, so most items will arrive in line with the post office’s regime.
Anything sent recorded delivery will have a slight price increase to cover costs, however it is one set price, so multiple items in one order will not increase the overall delivery cost.

Anything you want made to order do not hesitate to ask. I am always happy to create custom orders as I feel they are more personal and unique.
