Tutu's seem to be all the rage right now and they make for adorable pictures for newborn and infant photos. I started making them for my daughter for her photos and can't stop now. These Tutu's are made with an elastic band, Tulle, and ribbon to finish off the look. If you have a special color request or size please let me know and we will see what we can work out.
