Hello! I do my best to accurately describe all listings and I want you to be happy with your purchase! I am an artist, so much of what I sell is the same product I use in my art-making. If you are looking for something I don't have in stock, feel free to convo me.
I accept PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout. If you'd like to request a different payment method, please feel free to send me a message. PayPal is my preferred payment method.
Holiday shipping deadlines for first class mail:
For Africa, Central and South America: December 2nd
For Military mail zip 093: December 3rd
For all other countries: December 9th
For all other Military mail: December 10th
Domestic (US) mail: December 20th
Please keep in mind that most items in my shop have a 3-5 days processing time.
Key Lime Supplies will be closed from December 17th - January 7th.
All items are in stock and ready to mail from Tarrs, PA, unless otherwise noted, I try to get all cut-to-order products in stock, but occasionally will have a brief period of out of stock items while I wait for new inventory to arrive. (Journals are made custom, so often take longer to prepare for shipping.)
Pennsylvania residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 6%.
All U.S. packages include delivery confirmation -- you will be able to log into your paypal or etsy account and view the transaction details to track your package once it ships. Please note that I frequently print shipping labels the day before the package actually mails so allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping overages: I will refund any shipping overcharge greater than $2 upon request - combined shipping is available, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
All import taxes are paid by you. I cannot guarantee delivery times. I will not mark packages as a gift. All packages ship via USPS, which is more expensive for heavier packages but often doesn't have the additional fees that courier services add-on. All packages with a value of $25 or more will be insured at no additional cost to you - if you want insurance on a lower value item, no problem! Just add a message to seller when you check out and I will add it at no extra charge.
Note that international shipping fees recently went up significantly. Your shopping cart will often overcharge you on shipping fees -- this is because when I set my prices, I have no way of knowing how many items will ultimately be ordered together or where in the world the package will ship. The prices are set for the most expensive destinations, but your shipping will likely be less. If you'd prefer to know the exact shipping costs up front, feel free to convo me for a custom listing.
All packages ship within 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday). I generally mail orders on Tuesdays and Fridays -- if you are in a hurry, feel free to contact me to see if I can get your order out sooner -- most often I am able to do so. U.S. orders typically arrive within 5 - 7 days from mailing; international orders can take anywhere from 10 - 28 days, sometimes longer if the package gets stopped in customs. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot offer refunds for late deliveries.
If your package does not arrive in the time expected, please contact me so I can look into it for you! I don't often check tracking for packages so the only way I will know if you didn't get it is if you let me know.
Your shipping charges include a maximum $2.00 handling fee which covers insurance, printing costs, and packing supplies.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return shipping paid by you, unless the mistake was due to my error. Returns will be accepted for any reason, no questions asked.
Returns are accepted for 7 days after the receipt of your item. Please contact me about any problems so I can help resolve them. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment or store credit, your choice.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once your item has shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, you will get a refund on shipping costs, no problem, should you need to cancel.
If you are returning an item for exchange (in the case of damaged items or wrong design), shipping of the replacement item will be paid by me, unless the exchange is due to buyer's remorse. (I.E. I sent the design you requested, but you don't like it. In that case, I will still issue an exchange, but the shipping costs must be paid for by you, both ways.) You pay return shipping.
A restocking fee of 10% may be accessed to your return order, determined on a case-by-case basis. (I hardly ever charge this fee, but I reserve the right to do so.)
If your package arrives damaged, please do not discard the packing materials or box (in the case of a damaged item) and contact me right away so we can resolve it. In some cases, a photograph of the damaged item will be all that I need to process your claim.
I am willing to work with you in the case of lost or misdelivered packages, but please contact me right away. I do not often check tracking once an item ships so the only way I know there is a problem is if you let me know.
Digital items: no refunds will be issued once the file has been downloaded, but if you have troubles with your file(s), please send me a message so I can help.

I am happy to offer wholesale prices on many of my items -- feel free to contact me to learn more. Generally a $200 minimum order will apply.
I am not currently selling any of my items on a consignment basis.
My studio and home is completely smoke-free.
Please note: I live in a cat-friendly home. I do my best to keep my kitties away from my supplies, but they do have full run of the house.
