I am proud to announce that I have finally switched over to eco-friendy packaging. Your orders are being shipped in recyclable packaging and shipping materials. I hope you will join me in doing something good for our environment, and recycle, reuse or repurpose.
As you know, costs are rising everywhere. There has been a sharp increase in mousepad suppliers; therefore, you will notice an increase. Rest assured that I will work diligently to source materials to keep my products affordable.
Orders are shipped via USPS, First Class, Priority, Express, or International. Due to the pandemic, many customers are experiencing long, unexpected delays, some even despite Priority Shipping. Any arrival times shown are an estimate and can change as the USPS experiences issues with employee availability and increases in volume. Shipping upgrades to FedEx can be requested (additional cost to you of up to $30) by contacting KiCrafts directly. Please utilize tracking with USPS or FedEx for the status of your package.
I have been working diligently to get your orders out as quickly as possible, but as we are living through a pandemic, unprecedented shipping delays are preventing them from getting to some of you on time. If you are concerned about this, please choose the shipping option that will work best for you. KiCrafts cannot guarantee when shipping carriers will deliver your orders, but I will ABSOLUTELY do my best to complete them in a timely manner.
If you need your order sooner than the processing time shown on my listings, you will have to select priority or expedited shipping (please contact directly when making such a request). In the meantime, rest assured that I'm working hard to fill your custom requests.
Shipping costs continue to rise. Orders over 16 oz will be shipped priority mail when possible, while others will be shipped by first class to keep costs down. Regardless of weight, enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders totaling $35 and up!

Frequently asked questions
I need my order by a specific date. Can I get it expedited?
Yes, I do accept rush orders. You must choose priority or express shipping. I ship from New York, USA so priority mail takes 2-3 days (may be longer during pandemic) and costs between $8-$32 depending on the size of the order. Overnight shipping is approximately $32 and is the ONLY shipping choice that USPS guarantees. FedEx shipping is by REQUEST ONLY and incurs an additional cost of $25 and up paid by the customer. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. An arrival date is NOT guaranteed.
If I find a coupon, can it be deducted retroactively?
No. Coupon codes must be submitted at the time your order is placed. If you're having difficulty, please contact me PRIOR to submitting your order so that I can help you. Keep in mind that a coupon code is the the last step before submitting your order.
I have my own image to add to a microfiber or mousepad. Can you use it?
Yes, I can use your image to complete a custom order. Send your image (jpeg or png or PDF ONLY) direct to handmade@kicrafts.com or send via Etsy message. It must be ready to use. If it requires editing, you will need to pay a $10 fee.
When using your artwork, you will receive a proof that you must approve BEFORE production begins.
I want to place a large order. Can I get bulk pricing?
KiCrafts already offers VERY low prices. You can obtain a one time use coupon code of up to 10% off when you subscribe to email for additional savings. Visit www.kicrafts.com to subscribe.
I want to order a specific quantity of microfiber cloths. How do I do that?
If in stock, specific quantities are best made through a custom request or ordered directly via www.kicrafts.com. If you don't see the item you desire, please contact me.
Where is my package?
Please reference tracking numbers that are provided to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow the appropriate delivery time according to the shipping option you selected. KiCrafts will follow tracking to ensure timely delivery and open a case for missing mail as needed. Postal mistakes can happen. As a customer, you also have the ability to contact your local post office regarding orders delivered to the wrong address. Please contact KiCrafts immediately to help you resolve missing mail issues.
I bought a mousepad but the size/ color doesn’t work with my desk. What can I do?
Please contact KiCrafts immediately. Non-custom/personalized mousepads can be exchanged. If I don’t have a pattern that will work, you may return the unused mousepad immediately for a full refund. No refunds or exchanges will be honored beyond 3 business days. Unwanted item must be returned before refund/exchange can be issued. Return address labels will be emailed to return item.
