We are able to alter our designs if you require slight alterations. For example a higher or lower waistline however we are not able to take on completely bespoke items.

All our sizes are true to size for UK sizes. If you wish it to be a bit more generous please let us know or order the next size up.

Our silk knickers use non stretch silk so fit a little differently to your usual stretchy underwear.

For men’s sizes please order the UK women’s size you usually buy.

We recommend all our garments are hand washed only unless otherwise stated. This ensure’s your garment stays at peak condition for longer.

If you choose to machine wash your garments then pop the garment in a netted bag and on a delicate, silk or wool cycle using silk detergent. Iron on the reverse with a little steam on the lowest setting. If you chose to do this please note your silk garments may not last as long.

Please hang to dry and do not use a dryer as this will shrink and damage your garment.

You can check how long your order will take on your Etsy receipt. Go to your purchases and view the estimated delivery date.

Most of our items are made to order to reduce wastage in the fashion industry. Usually we ship within 5 business days but do let us know if your order is urgent.

Items shipped to the UK take 2-4 business days after the item has been despatched. We use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. If you’d like to upgrade please send us a message before ordering.

Items to countries outside the UK we use Royal Mail International Signed For service. This usually takes 6-12 days from despatch. We always track your order so please do let us know if it is running late.


All our items are exchangeable or returnable depending on each situation. We typically don’t accept returns for knickers due to hygiene, however, we are happy to help with any situation so please reach out with any concerns.



Returns are accepted for agreed items only so please do send us a message before hand. All items must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it. Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt and via recorded mail otherwise we can not accept liability. 


We are unable to provide reimbursements for returns unless the fault is ours.

All purchases come beautifully wrapped in tissue, with a sticker and fastened with a ribbon bow.
