All items produced for my shop are my own designs, the artwork is original and designed by me and copyrighted. Each item takes months of planning and testing before being produced for sale in my shop. I am proud of everything I sell, and customer service is an essential element of my business. If you have any questions, I am very happy to help!
Payments must be received (within 7 working days) before I ship the order or the transaction will be cancelled. I back all my products with a money-back guarantee up to 60 days after purchase, so feel free to shop knowing that if you are not happy with your purchase, I will refund you the price of the product -- you only pay return shipping costs (return addresses in the US and Canada).
Your order will ship within 7 business days from the date the payment is made (unless otherwise noted) via airmail. If you need it for a specific date, let me know and we can work out the proper shipping method. I use recycled materials for shipping to keep the cost of the product down: shipping costs include the mailing cost and the cost of the packaging. Please note that as a buyer you are responsible for any added charges (such as duties, etc). Please verify that your address is correct in Etsy (I print labels from your Etsy address) -- any errors on the buyer's part resulting in having to ship an item twice due to an incorrect address will cost an additional 8$.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns for any reason are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Please feel free to contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we can work out a refund or exchange. I will refund you or make an exchange once I receive the product back. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon. I insure all my items for loss but please note that a package is considered lost if it is not delivered after 45 days from the shipping date (according to Canada Post), but I will take action after 25 days of non-delivery for legitimate cases.
