Things to know before placing your order...

• Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly exchange, replace, credit, or refund your purchase within 10 days of your packages delivery confirmation in unworn condition. A restocking fee (10% of total purchase price) does apply to all returns. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.

We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best, while planning to return the rest. This is due to the handmade nature of our items.

• Production & Shipping

Please allow 3-4 weeks from purchase date to receive domestic orders & 4-6 weeks from purchase date to receive international orders. Orders are shipped to the address provided, Kirsten Kuehn Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. If you'd like to add insurance or signature confirmation on your package please email us at shop [!at] kirstenkuehndesigns.com, please be sure to include your order number.

• Rush Orders

Please contact us at shop [!at] kirstenkuehndesigns.com if you'd like to arrange a rush order. Our domestic fee is $40 and our international fee is $50. This includes USPS Express shipping upon the completion of your order.

• Custom Orders

If you are interested in a custom piece please contact us at shop [!at] kirstenkuehndesigns.com with a description, inspiration photos, sketches, etc. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!

• Custom Ribbons

If you'd like to purchase an item with a specific ribbon color or material, please email us at shop [!at] kirstenkuehndesigns.com to discuss the options. This does require a $10 fee.
