Welcome to KraeO! Every item in this shop is hand made by me. Please allow 3-5 business days to make and prepare your item(s) for shipping. Thank you kindly for your interest and support!
Payment is due at the time of order.
I ship all items via USPS priority shipping. I provide delivery confirmation with tracking numbers on all U.S. orders .
If you would like your order expedited or upgraded to a different carrier, please convo me and I will give you a quote.
Please note that all items will be shipped 3-5 business days after order is received.

Your items will be shipped via USPS international priority shipping. There is no tracking number available for international priority delivery. If you would like to track your order you will have to upgrade to express. convo me for a quote.
Duty/ Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We will not ship items as gifts as it is illegal.
Refunds and Exchanges
KraeO will accept returns of any item as long as we are contacted within two days of you receiving. Item must be in It's original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note, there is a %10 restocking fee on all returned items.
> Lost/ Damaged Items <
I take great care in preparing all items for shipment. However, sometimes the universe has other ideas for a traveling package. That being said, KraeO will not be held responsible and will not offer refunds for lost or damages items in the shipping process. If you would like to buy insurance on your item please convo me before shipment and I will be sure to add it to the cost of shipping.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am happy to receive custom orders. Please convo me to start the dialogue.
I also provide custom color orders on items. Some colors options that I offer may not be available at time of order and may require me to special order. It may take an additional 7-14 days to receive the special order yarn.
Please note that colors vary from monitor to monitor.
It is incredibly important to me that you have a fantastic experience at KraeO. If, for some reason, you are not happy, please convo me so that I can do everything in my power to fix the problem. Positive Feedback is very important to the success of an online shop. I would appreciate an opportunity to make right anything that might have gone wrong with your order, before you leave any feedback.
