Thanks for visiting my shop and taking the time to read my policies.
Please be aware all my items are made in my smoke free home, but I do now have 2 kittens in residence (they were shelter kitty's and just so darn cute!) All fabric is stored in a kitty free area, but I imagine that pet dander can travel so if you have severe cat allergies I want you to be aware. Thanks and please feel free to contact me with questions.
Payment
PAYMENT OPTIONS (Paypal or Google checkout, Please read below for more details)
*Paypal (you do not need a paypal account to purchase through paypal, they accept credit cards with out a paypal account)
*Google Checkout- If you wish to use Google checkout please select "other" as your payment option and I will send an invoice to your email address.
Payment is expected immediately, but I will wait 3 days to recieve payment, after that I will cancel the order and have to leave negative feedback.
**Please note I do not accept Money orders or checks at this time. Thank you for your understanding!
Shipping
I will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, most often it is the following business day after the purchase. (please note that e-checks take up to 4 days to clear and I can not ship until they do, thanks for understanding)
I use USPS first Class Mail with delivery confirmation for wallets and USPS Priority for Sling bags and Hipster bags within the U.S. and USPS first class mail international for international orders. The shipping cost does not include insurance, this can be added if you wish. I can not beheld responsible for items lost in the mail that are not insured. Please convo me BEFORE you make your purchase if you would like insurance included in the shipping cost.
*If your address on Etsy and Paypal/Google Checkout do not match, I will ship to the one listed from Paypal/Google Checkout. Please be sure that this address is correct before purchasing. Thanks!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
**Please note I am unable to ship to Italy, due to the countries shipping restrictions.
The international shipping cost does not include insurance Or tracking (Unless requested, tracking is not available on international orders), I can not beheld responsible for items lost in the mail that are not insured. Please convo me BEFORE you make your purchase if you would like insurance included in the shipping cost.
Please note that any customs fees or duties due upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
I am required to declare the contents of any package I mail outside the U.S. and unable to mark an item as "gift" on the customs form.

Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS
Please let me know if for any reason you are not satisfied with my product, all returns are handled on a case by case basis, product must be in same condition as it was sent and I must be notified within 10 days after you receive your item. Returns are only accepted if items show no signs of use or damage and are still in excellent condition.
REPLACEMENTS:
Please understand that I work hard to handcraft each and every item in my shop with exceptional detail. If you purchase an item from me and there is something wrong with the item upon arrival please let me know as soon as possible (within 10 days as per my policies above). After 10 days I do not accept returns or offer replacements. All the materials used are inspected for any flaws or defects, as a result I am not responsible for damage due to everyday wear and tear.
