As designer and maker of LLScarves, I care about my customers and want them to be confident and more than satisfied in their purchase. My primary goal is to make my customers look and feel great!
For security reasons, at the present time I only accept payments through Paypal.
All items are pre-made so they will be shipped through priority mail within one or two days of receiving payment
LLScarves is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is my goal to have satisfied and happy customers, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item and we may be able to work out an exchange or refund. No exchanges or refunds will be given after 7 days. However, when returned, item must be in brand new, unused condition and buyer must pay return shipping costs and will be issued their refund when I receive the item back.
