Welcome to L.Young Illustrates!
You have stumbled upon my shop because you are either lost or because my work caught your eye. Let's hope it's the latter of the two.
My art is all available for sale, though some of the pieces listed are meant to be used as examples of custom illustrations, such as http://www.etsy.com/listing/87417287/dia-de-los-muertos-original-portraits and http://www.etsy.com/listing/87346899/the-antler-series-custom-paintings These works may not be available for sale, but custom works will be up to the same standard as the examples listed.
My philosophy is to provide the customer with top of the line professionalism and quality. I hope that you find your purchase to be up to 'snuff.' If you have a question or concern about your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me. I understand that my prices are higher than most, and you deserve the best.
All transactions can be made payable through Paypal. For existing works, payments must be made in full before item is received. For custom artwork, all payment must be made at the time of original purchase unless negotiated otherwise. These terms are final.
For all shipments, items will be packaged, insured and shipped by UPS. I forward all tracking and confirmation emails to you. Since the item is insured by UPS, L. Young Illustrates is not responsible for any damages that may occur while in transit. This is a standard policy. As far as international shipping is concerned, I will work with you one on one about shipping costs, etc.
Each painting (national) takes 3-7 business days to arrive at its destination. If you for some reason would like to have your purchased artwork sooner, please notify me: it shouldn't be an issue.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the event of loss of package or damage, L. Young Illustrates is not responsible. All items are insured and packaged by UPS.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you choose to commission a custom order, it is your responsibility (as well as ours) to commune with the seller on what you may want. If you do not communicate, your custom order will not be a first priority. Please keep a good dialogue with us! We love to know your thoughts and critiques on your custom piece. Avoiding unsatisfactory results is our business.
