How does the mobile hang?
There is a loop ring at the top of the frame for hanging which you can use to hang from a crib arm (not included) or from the ceiling.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All the jewelry are already gift wrapped!
How can I track the delivery progress of my order?
I ship Worldwide via the Official Greek Post ELTA, with a tracking number unless you have purchased an item with free shipping which means it ships unregistered. If you want me to ship registered first class please purchase the listing for shipping upgrade.
As soon as I send your ( not free shipping) order I will inform you about the tracking number that you can track via elta.gr or your national post provider. (for instance for the US is USPS etc.)
When will I receive my order?
All jewelry orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
It usually takes about 3-5 business days to be delivered in Europe, 8-10 to US and in every other part of the world.
These time frames are based on my experience and I can not guarantee them. From my side I do my best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note, that since your order left my hands only the post office is responsible for the shipping. Sometimes delivery can take longer due to customs. Unfortunately I can not be also responsible for the delays due to customs.
During holidays period l (Christmas, Easter, etc.) delivery process can take longer due to high load so please order in advance.
