Custom Designs
Unfortunately, due to time constraints we are not able to begin the design process on custom orders until payment has been received. No mock up or sample designs will be sent prior to payment.
Rush Orders:
Current charge for rush orders is $5. Please contact us prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate your rush order.
We work hard to provide excellent customer service, but we can't be at the computer 24 hours a day. If you don't get an immediate response to an email don't assume the worst, give us time to get back to you. Also be sure to check your spam folder!

All files will be sent to you in a flattened jpg or pdf format. Under no circumstances will we send out the unflattened /layered files. Graphics used in our designs are either hand drawn by us or used with permission of the artist who created them. We will not send out graphics on a solid white background for any reason.

Please do not crop photos prior to sending them to us.
We will let you know if we feel your photo is going to print poorly. If you still opt to use the photo we are not responsible for the print quality.

Q. Can you change an existing design to match my party colors.
A. You can change the font and invitation colors. Each listing tells whether or not the graphics can be altered.
Q. Can the wording on a design be changed to fit a different occasion?
A. Yes, we can change the wording of any of the designs to fit your occasion.
Q. I got an email saying my items had shipped, but I bought a printable item, will I receive something in the mail?
A. No, unfortunately paypal automatically sends an email when we mark digital orders as shipped for accounting purposes.
Q. I don't want to purchase a complete printable party package, can I pick and choose which items I want?
A. Yes, we offer mini packages for those who don't want to purchase an entire package.
Q. I don't want scallop circles on my cupcake toppers, can I pick a different shape?
A. Yes, you can choose between a circle, square, scalloped circle, or a scalloped square.
Q. Where can I buy a 2" punch?
A. I always recommend going to amazon for your punches and other tools.
Q. Why do you charge extra to change the colors of a package?
A. To change the colors of a package we essentially have to recreate the entire package. It is very time consuming. We still offer free color changes on single items and the mini party packages excluding the large banners.
