Individual orders are made after comprehensive preliminary specifications of details and time of production in conversations here in Etsy. Then I will made a custom order or reserved listing for you.

Hand washing is recommended for most of handmade felts and painted silks.
When needed, wash gentle by hand in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent suitable for wool and silk or you can use a hair shampoo for this purpose.
Do not change the water temperature when you rinse out the soap.
After good rinsing gently press out in hands without twisting or bending.
Carefully absorb excess water with a cotton towel and after you did this, the wool will be almost dry.
Please, do not dry in a dryer!
Iron when it is damp on wool or silk temperature.
If you do not want to iron, let dry completely free on air on horizontal surface.

All scarves and shawls I send well packed with paper and put in the envelope secured with bubbles wrap or in box.
