LaraEveDesigns' Shop Announcement

Lara Eve Designs creates instant treasures for you or your child. Choose from existing designs, or contact me for a custom original design (additional custom fees may apply).

Footstools and rocking chairs are perfect for young children, and will stand up to years of use. Designs can be personalized and customized to accommodate your color schemes, and to incorporate special details to make them meaningful to your child.

The solid hardwood dining chairs are perfect for use as desk chairs or to add flair and whimsy as accent chairs--or what the heck, use them as actual dining room chairs! Crazy idea? Just perhaps! However you purpose them, these chairs are great for adults, or will grow with a child for years of use--from the play room to the dorm room!

Most of the designs you see can be adapted onto other pieces--how about a beach-themed footstool, or a cowboy desk chair?

Please contact me for additional details for custom pieces, and let's see what treasure I can create for you!

LaraEveDesigns' Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to the whimsy and wonder of hand-painted children's furniture! After painting for my own and my friend's children for many years, I am delighted to share my usable art with children I've never even met...yours. The joy of painting for children is that it allows me to open myself to magic and childlike wonder, and the power of imagination.

All of my furniture is bought new and unfinished, and is of the sturdiest hardwood and construction I can find--I'm a mom, I know what lasts and what doesn't! I use non-chipping latex and acrylic paints, and durable polyurethane protective finishes, so clean up is easy. These pieces are intended to be used and loved for years.
