Payment
I accept Paypal, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. Payments sent by mail must be received within 2 weeks. Please send me an email to let me know payment is being sent by mail so I can keep an eye out for it.
Shipping
Packages are shipped USPS First Class. Domestic First class is usually delivered in 3-5 days to most of the US. If you would like a faster delivery please contact me BEFORE you pay for options.
Domestic First Class DOES NOT have tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance. Any of these can be added to Domestic First Class shipping. Please contact me BEFORE paying so your total can be adjusted.
International packages are shipped International First Class. Package delivery time will vary. Packages will reach most destinations within 2 weeks but can take up to 8 weeks due to customs and such.
Any package sent internationally may be subject to a customs fee. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying any fees on your package. These fees are unique to each country and have nothing to do with this shop. If you are concerned about the possibility of a customs fee please check with your post office to see what their rules are.
International First Class DOES NOT have tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance and they CAN NOT be added. The US post office does not offer these services. If you are interested in purchasing additional shipping that includes these services please contact me BEFORE you buy to discuss options. There are not many options and they are expensive.
All items are made when ordered and will be shipped within 3-5 days of payment clearing. This is in addition to delivery time. Contact me if you have a dead line you need something by and we can discuss options.
Packages lost by the Post Office will not be replaced unless Delivery Conformation or Insurance has been purchased.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will offer a refund or exact exchange for items that arrive damaged. Please let me know within 7 days of receiving item if there is any problem.
If anything goes wrong with an item further down the road email me and I'll do my best to help fix it.
If you decide you do not want an item, contact me first and you can return it for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Please make sure to carefully package the item back in it's original packaging. All custom orders are not refundable.
