I've been told by my growing group of collectors that my art work makes them happy each time they pass by it. Others have commented that my work is similar to Georgia O'Keefe's, which is a huge compliment and puts a smile on my face every time.

I’ve always had a natural inclination to create. As a child, I was constantly involved in some creative endeavor. My paint by number kits and coloring books were always my favorite.

My art career began in 1994. I worked in oils for a few years and then began noticing the beauty and freedom of watercolor. I tried out the medium and fell in love!
I then began to study with such notable artists as G. Bruce Johnson, who's teacher was the famous artist Irv Shapiro.

I now paint full time in my home studio, both in watercolor and oil. Private individuals have been commissioning and quietly collecting my work for over 8 years. I have sold paintings at various shows and art fairs, donated paintings to worthy causes, and held well attended shows at many galleries, including the Hoosier Salon.

I am an active member of the Hoosier Salon, Heartland Artists Gallery and St. Joseph Valley Watercolor Society. I am also a proud member of the IN Crowd and VAST Etsy teams.
