SAMPLES:

Due to the wonderful response to our lace wedding invitations and in order to keep up with current wedding invitations suites scheduled due dates we have limited the choices of samples that we offer. If you are very interested in ordering your invites from us, but would like to see quality prior to committing you are more then welcome to purchase one of the samples that we offer. We only offer the samples that you see in the sample section, as is, as they are created ahead of time. There is a $25.00 sample fee that will be credited to your final order is you do decide to book with us.

ORDERS:

Minimum order for all Wedding Invitation Suite orders is 75. Wedding Invitation Suites are offered to a select number of couples per calendar year, based on availability. If you are interested in ordering with us, please convo Sara Gasperov for availability, as we only book a limited number of wedding dates per month and are booking fast.


RESERVING YOUR WEDDING DATE WITH LAVENDER PAPERIE:

If you like to have us create your wedding invitation suite please convo our Assistant Design Coordinator, Sara Gasperov, with your wedding date and number of invitations needed and we will confirm with you our availability. If availability is open then a $300 non refundable retainer is required to book your date with us.

PROOFING PROCESS:

The proofing process is the most time important process of invitation ordering. Proper names and places are exceptionally tricky. Spell check is NOT always reliable. However, we will submit to you as clean of a proof as possible.
Please proofread your proof copies carefully. We CANNOT be responsible for any errors that have been inadvertently overlooked by you. Examine SPELLING, TIMES, DATE AND DAY, NAMES, AND LOCATION SPELLING, possible omissions, etc., before you approve your proof. You are financially responsible for any reprints or material that will need to be replaced for re-print due to errors made on the final product once you have approved the proof.

You will be entitled to two rounds of revisions; any additional rounds are an additional $7.00. If it is our mistake there will not be a revision charge, however if it is your error there will be a $7.00 charge per item to revise after the second revision. Once final proof is approved remaining balance of suite will be due prior to production of your wedding suite.

RUSH ORDERS:

Orders needed within 6 weeks or less are considered rush jobs. We do not accept orders that are need within less then 4 weeks.

A 15% rush order fee is applied to all wedding invitation orders needed within 6 weeks or less.

A 25% rush order fee is applied to all wedding invitation orders needed within 4 weeks.
