Yes. A tracking number will be provided after the item is shipped.

On INTERNATIONAL ORDERS tracking number will be provided only for the purposes of proof of shipping! You may only be able to track the item up until it leaves US territory as a lot of countries do not provide tracking info on International shipments. After your order is shipped I am not responsible for your order and delivery which is in the hands of your countries customs and postal services.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package does not arrive please contact your local Postal Services to inquire about your package.

3-10 business days since the receipt of the return.

In some instances:
1. If a customer REFUSES a package because of additional fees – custom fees, VAT, etc. (or for any other reason) - refund will be issued for product only, minus a 20% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned package. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
2. On returned packages marked as Undelivered/Addressee not found, etc. - returned by the postal services packages due to the wrong address. – 20%

Sterling Silver & Gold filled items can be easily cleaned with Cleaning/Polishing Cloth or cleaning solutions for silver and gold if necessary.

Leather jewelry - keep it neatly set in the jewelry box to make sure it maintains its shape. Do not make it wet!

Under normal wearing conditions, and with proper care, your gold, gold filled, sterling silver and leather jewelry can last a lifetime. Heavy wear & rough conditions will impact how your jewelry looks.

• Avoid getting products on your jewelry like perfume, sunscreen, hairspray, chlorine, household chemicals.
• Remove your jewelry before sleeping, bathing, swimming, exercising.

Like with any jewelry, how well you take care of it will determine how long it will stay looking the same.

Wipe your piece with a soft cloth to remove any residue or build-up that may occur from normal wear.

When deeper cleaning is necessary, soak it in warm water with a little diluted mild dish soap for a couple minutes, and use a soft-bristle baby toothbrush to remove any dirt.
After cleaning, ensure the items are thoroughly dry!

Store your jewelry in individual jewelry boxes or bags so they won’t rub or band against each other. Small zip lock bags are recommended for sterling silver and gold filled items to avoid damage as well as humidity.
Make sure your jewelry is clean and completely dry before storing.

While it is not recommended, you can. Provided you take good care of it It won't permanently damage your jewelry. Make sure to rinse it off with tap water ( and mild dish soap if possible) when you get back and dry it with a soft towel or cloth.

Avoid chlorine water!

Avoid getting sunscreen (or any other chemicals) on it!

Gold-filled items are those which have had a layer of solid 14k gold bonded mechanically to a base metal (brass is a base metal for my jewelry). It is a more affordable option and the next best thing compared to real gold.

Gold-filled jewelry is much more valuable than gold-plated as it has more than a 100 times the amount of gold. It can be cleaned just like real gold and will last long under normal wear and care.

Gold Vermeil items are sterling silver items that have been coated with 14K-24K gold. It is a much more affordable option than real gold and a lot more valuable than Gold Plated pieces. Vermeil pieces are made entirely of precious metals and have a lot more gold than other gold plated pieces.

It can be cleaned just like real gold and sterling silver, preferably with a cleaning cloth (avoid chemical cleaners). It will last long under normal wear and care.

Your Sterling Silver pieces will tarnish over time, however, is not permanent and easy to clean with a silver polishing cloth or solution. Tarnishing is a chemical reaction with sulfur particles in the air. Silver tarnishes faster in areas with high humidity and air pollution and when exposed to certain elements.

Oxidized silver is 925 Sterling silver which surface has been intentionally darkened by a chemical process. The beauty of Oxidized sterling silver jewelry (in addition to the gorgeous gunmetal look!) is that it does not have to be polished or cleaned! Cleaning will remove the oxidation. Oxidation will fade over time and with wear, leaving you with a silver-colored piece.
