Unless the listing details state differently, all items are made to order, and therefore can be customized to suit your individual needs. Be sure to read the listing details to make certain the item is not something we have made to sale as a ready to ship item.

Please note we do not check or correct your spelling. Sometimes buyers ask for an unusual spelling, and we feel that it is not our place to delay your order in questioning the personalization sent.

If we make an error on your order, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the issue and get an exchange into your hands as quickly as possible.

Each listing contains 10 pictures for you to scroll through. One to two of these pictures will be of the fonts and design stamps available for that particular ring.

Proofs are not available. Making hand stamped jewelry is a unique process. It does not involve machines or computers. It involves a piece of metal, an anvil, a pre-made letter set and a hammer. The letters are lined up by hand on the metal, and then hit with a hammer to leave an indention. This means that there is not a computer mock up created to send customers.

We can ship items to different addresses. We can also include a gift note. However, the items need to be purchased on separate tickets to pay for the separate shipping fees. You will also have the opportunity to change the ship to address during check out as needed.
If you bought the items together, please contact me. I will be happy to set up a custom listing for the additional shipping fee and put a note on your order with the second shipping address.

This means the item is completely customizable. It also means that the letters may not line up perfectly. This imperfection gives each item a unique quirkiness. Each listing contains 3-5 pictures for you to scroll through. One to two of these pictures will be of the fonts and design stamps available for that particular item. Please note, not all design stamps and fonts are available for all items.

If your package has not been shipped, I am happy to note your address change on the order and buy shipping to the correct address. You will need to message me your order number and correct shipping address via Etsy. Please note that if you have not received an acknowledgement to the Etsy request for the change within 24 hours, then please resend it. I send a reply to all requests acknowledging the change.

If your package has already been mailed, then you will need to pay for it to be reshipped to you once the post office returns it to me. Please be aware that it can take 2-4 weeks for the USPS to return a misaddressed domestic package to the sender. International returns can take up to 3 months.

We reserve the right to photography any item created to be used in product listings, advertising material and social media. Please be aware that it is possible that if we really like a Scripture or phrase you have requested we might decide to add an item with that phrase or Scripture to our shop.

If you have ordered an item with your children's names and do not feel comfortable with the idea we might decide to photograph the item for the above reasons, please let us know when ordering.

We also reserve the right to use any photos uploaded to our Etsy shop when you leave a product review.

I am a mother and work from home. I will not create jewelry that contains words I would not want my children saying or reading if they happen to see the finished item.

Please keep in mind that I do reserve the right to refuse any order placed that I do not feel comfortable accepting.
