Hello-
Any questions or things needing clarity please convo me so we can commiserate....
Please note that I will ship anywhere -- again just convo me (and include you postal code and city) and I will figure out shipping for you and adjust the listing!
If you are a local and are anywhere in the Seattle Metro area --- convo me before your purchase and let’s see if we can arrange pick-up of the item you'd like instead of shipping...
Payment
I accept Paypal. Please make payment within 3 days of your order. (Otherwise the order will be canceled!)
Shipping
Outside of the US please contact me for a shipping quote; prices to ship my art to you vary greatly based on your location and the weight of the piece. I will get back to you ASAP with an exact price quote based on the piece you want to purchase!
I ship within 3 days (M-F business days) of payment unless you need it quicker --- if so let me know and I will adjust your shipping.
I ship through USPS. Each item is carefully wrapped prior to packing to protect any 3D elements. I include insurance for each item over $100 in the shipping price as this is a one-of-a-kind art piece and not replaceable if damaged. I include delivery confirmation.
For large pieces I sometimes ship FedEx or UPS.
If you are interested in other shipping options instead of or in addition to those listed above please convo me prior to placing your order.
I will do everything on my end to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in one piece and in a timely manner --- but I cannot be responsible for what happens to it after I leave it with the post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales final... However; in extenuating circumstances I offer repair.
Extenuating circumstances would most likely be if damage incurs en route --- if that happens please contact me as soon as possible. We can arrange for replacement parts and/or repair. In the case of a return/ for repair; you will pay shipping back to me for repair and I will pay shipping to return the repaired piece.
