★ I have added a CLEARANCE & DISCONTINUED section to my shop. Anything in this section will not be restocked once it sells out or the listing expires so GRAB IT UP WHILE YOU CAN! The level of discount on each item will vary.
★ If your tracking number begins with 0031, it was mailed using a letter rate shipping label. This service is the same as mailing with a stamp. Even though you receive a tracking number, it only gives very basic location info. Tracking for this service is provided through Pitney Bowes and is ONLY VALID FOR ETSY'S SITE (you cannot use it to track on USPS.com). It is common to see a "Pre-Transit" shipping status until your order is delivered.
★ Please keep in mind that any delivery times given to you by Etsy are only estimates since neither Etsy or I control the speed that USPS handles your delivery. If there are ever any questions or concerns about your order, always message me. I'm happy to help if I can.
★ I’m typically available Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm ET. I try to respond to incoming messages within a few hours of receiving them. Orders scheduled to ship on a US Holiday will be processed the next business day.

Shipping for vinyl decals & stickers
Due to the very light weight of these items, a low cost shipping option is chosen as the default shipping method. Etsy has recently started providing tracking for lightweight items such as this one. The tracking is exclusive to Etsy and cannot be tracked through USPS. Please note, this shipping method has sometimes caused shipping times of 14 days. Shipping upgrades that do include tracking through USPS and will ship faster are available on the order confirmation page. I recommended you choose one of those shipping methods if you are looking for a delivery within a week from purchase.
Insurance is HIGHLY recommended!

How do I remove my permanent vinyl decals when I no longer want or need them?
Despite permanent being in the name of the decals, they can actually be removed quite easily when they are no longer needed.
If you have a decal you’d like to remove, please message me and include what kind of surface you’re removing it from so I can recommend how best to do so.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale orders are accepted. Please message me to discuss pricing and order turn around time.
Do you accept order cancellations?
I do, within ONE hour from your purchase.
I, the seller, may cancel your order myself after that hour has passed for such reasons as: discrepancies with your shipping information, an unusually large order that might indicate fraud or theft of a credit card, or a transaction that could result in harm or damage.
Return/Refund Policy
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of my items are custom made, returns are not accepted.
I will NOT refund any digital items. I will be more than happy to help you with their download process.
Damages/Defects
I thoroughly inspect all of my items before I send them to you and stand behind their quality. However, I am a one person show and errors can sometimes go unnoticed.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue immediately and make it right. You have 24 hours from delivery to do so.
Damages & Liability
In no event will Letters&Love Designs be liable and responsible for labor, consequential damages, or incidental damages of any kind.
DO NOT APPLY ANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM MY SHOP TO YOUR CAR'S PAINT.
Car windows are the ideal application area I recommend for all vinyl decals.
