Hey there! So glad you stopped by and hopefully found some items to add to your favorites. Impulse buying is hard to resist, so if you're not sure, save me and come back to purchase later.
My items are unique and one of a kind. Each and every piece I create and put up for sale are items I would be proud to use myself. I believe that art deserves more exposure than the wall in a living room. That's why I make a lot of items that you can use every single day. Inspiration can come at any time; therefore, you need to be prepared to take action.
I find with Etsy shoppers and store owners, pricing is always difficult. But if you're here and not on the other "E" site, then you are looking for handmade, quality items and know a lot of time, effort, and passion goes into every artists' work. Keeping all of the that in mind, if only for the duration of this message, that is what separates the unique, savvy shoppers from the bargain hunters. Here, you know you are getting that one item that will be a great conversation piece at home, work, school, etc. and willing to pay for all it's worth!
Let's see...my basic policy regarding payments...just pay :). I love PayPal and so should you. In the event you don't have a PayPal account and choose to pay another way, that's cool, too! No taxes here; my price includes everything. Shipping is separate.
I will ship your item no later than three days after your payment posts. This also gives me time to personalize, package and get it sent off. As much as I would LOVE to control the post office, I cannot. Normal delivery times range from 3-7 days as I ship regular mail to keep costs down. On large orders, I will add insuance and that will be a cost to me, never you.
Refunds and Exchanges
As listed in most of my descriptions, my refund policy is simple: if you don't like it, you don't keep it. It gets a little tricky with personalized items, but whatever the reason, we'll work it out. If ultimately a refund is the best solution, then that is what shall happen. I just ask that you contact me prior to any negative feedback so we can resolve...ALWAYS in your favor. In the unlikely event that you require a refund, send the item back, and unfortuntely that would have to be paid by you.
I've received nothing but positive feedback on my "other" store that starts with an "E" that I have since closed to move here. Overall, you're in good hands!
Additional Policies and FAQs
I can't think of anything else. Most of my items are of the "artiste de papier" so they are not washable, waterproof, etc. So, take care of it like a checkbook or any other important paper item and you'll be good!
