Welcome
Welcome! I've started Liebling to offer you spectacular, high quality statement jewelry to complement your unique personality. Stand head and shoulders above the crowd in your Liebling Designs jewelry.
For those with allergies or sensitivities, all items are handcrafted in my smoke-free, pet-free home studio.
Check back often, I add new pieces and update the shop regularly.
Payment
I accept PayPal, check and money orders. Payments through PayPal must be received within 48 hours of purchase, or the transaction will be cancelled and items will be returned to the shop. If you are having technical difficulties with PayPal, please contact me to let me know and avoid the cancellation of your purchase.
If you choose to pay via check or money order, note that funds must be received by me and must clear in good order before your item will ship. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated!
Residents of Minnesota are subject to sales tax of 6.5%. PayPal will automatically add the tax onto your purchase price, if you are paying by check or money order be sure to include the tax amount or contact me for the exact amount if you are unsure.
RESERVE ITEMS: Contact me through Etsy if you would like an item reserved and I will hold it for you in the shop.
Shipping
All orders received by 5:00 pm central daylight time will be shipped in a padded envelope second business day after payment is received, via USPS regular mail and with delivery confirmation. As everything in the shop is made to order, I will need one day to work on your piece.
Third party shipping is available for gifts. Please let me know the address to ship to, any note you would like on a gift card, and the address to which I should send the invoice.
The shipping charge includes both the cost of shipping, handling and the materials used (bubble mailer, box, ribbon, tissue, etc.)
If you wish for your piece to be insured, I am happy to do so but an additional charge will apply. Contact me through Etsy first and I will give you a quote.
If you have a special shipping request, convo me prior to your purchase and we'll work out pricing, etc.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If it is not exactly what you imagined I am happy to work with you to make it right!
Full returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Contact me through Etsy or at lieblingdesigns [!at] gmail.com and I will send you mailing instructions and will refund your purchase price (shipping charges are non-refundable).
I'll also accept items for exchange, should you want a different piece.
After 14 days, returns are accepted for exchange only.
After 45 days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Exception : Custom orders are NOT returnable or refundable.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Chains/metals can be swapped on items. If you see something you like, and want it in sterling silver (or base metal instead of sterling) contact me and I'll put up a custom listing for you. Price will reflect the new material.
If you have metal allergies, and would like something made with alternative materials, contact me and we'll see if it is possible. I can come up with a creative solution!
