Payment
I don't begin work on custom pieces until I receive payment. Paypal seems to be the fastest way to get things going!
Shipping
I ship everything USPS PRIORITY. Packages get there safe and sound and much more quickly so you'll thank me later. :) If you need faster shipping, just contact me and I'm happy to arrange to ship quickly for an extra charge. You WILL receive what you order! Exceptional customer service is a top priority to me.
I always ship to the PAYPAL address noted when you made your purchase. Please verify that your PAYPAL address is CORRECT on PAYPAL. If you require your item shipped to a different address, please make the necessary changes in PAYPAL. LIFE IS ROSEY is not be responsible for any delays or non delivery of items caused by incorrect and unconfirmed addresses in PAYPAL.
NOTE: All custom jewelry will be shipped within 10 DAYS but I'm able to do it faster if you let me know at the time you place your order. The more info you give me about your custom order, including time constraints, the better I can serve you! I'll always do my very best to accommodate your needs.
Refunds and Exchanges
All custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. If I make a mistake on your custom piece, I will fix it FREE OF CHARGE. If you make a mistake when telling me what you want stamping you want on the piece, I will charge a fee for correcting the error. Please carefully check the names, dates, and phrases for spelling when placing your order! If you have an issue with quality or workmanship, please contact me immediately as I strive to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied.
Exchanges for non-custom orders will be processed no more than 15 days after the item is received by you. Please contact me immediately if you have an issue, and I'll be happy to assist you.
