*** Production times do vary based on the volume of custom orders. Each order that is placed is printed and placed at the bottom of my standard clip board. Every order is completed in the order it is received and the time frames are "approximate". This means it may take a bit longer or it could be quicker. If you have a multiple order, that takes a bit more time. Please be aware of this! I do not have a big business with lots of employees, I am just one person and I take great pride in my work. I am very much a perfectionist and try to give you more than you pay for. If quality is not of importance, my store is not for you.

***RUSH ORDERS***

If you need an order by a certain date, please contact me via Etsy message BEFORE ordering. DO NOT put in the message box to me the date you need the order!!! If you need an order by a certain date outside of my production time stated, there is a RUSH order fee and you MUST contact me FIRST!!! If you put in the message box at checkout the date needed, without contacting me first to see if your request can be honored, I cannot ensure you will receive by date requested and there are NO order cancellations. I appreciate you understanding. I have these policies to be fair to all of my customers. Rush orders are filled after my work day. The Rush Order Fee does NOT include Rush Shipping Fees. These are two different fees. The Rush Order Fee is to cover my time after my normal work day hours.

**Every customer wants their order as soon as possible and I totally understand this. Please take time to read all of my policies so there are no misunderstandings.

***Refund Policies****

Due to the customized nature of my items, there are NO refunds, exchanges or store credits. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once an order is placed, the items are removed immediately from my inventory and put on hold. Every week, inventory is ordered based on the items to fill orders that were placed or held by purchases. There is NO cancelations of orders whatsoever. If you failed to read Lil Lovey Boutique Shop Policies prior to ordering, I will not be sending you an e-mail to be sure you understand my Shop Policies. You are responsible for reading those rules and understanding them. By purchasing, you agree to ALL terms, conditions and policies. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ORDER CANCELATIONS BE PERMITTED OR ALLOWED.

*****SHIPPING****

I ship USPS Priority. Please allow 2-5 days to received after order is shipped.

Although it rarely happens-packages can get lost in the mail ( it has happened to me personally).
I strongly advise you to purchase shipping insurance from me. Please contact me PRIOR to checking out so I can add it on.
I cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail after I hand them off to USPS, if you have not purchased insurance. Thank you for your understanding.

***STORE HOURS****

Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm. I do not work weekends nor holidays! My Etsy store is open 24/7, but my weekends and evenings are to spend time with my family. :) You are welcome to order and contact me after hours, however, if it is during the time my studio is closed, I will respond to your e-mails the next business day. I try to respond to all messages as soon as possible, normally within the same day it has been sent, but please allow me a couple of days to respond.

****PAYMENT****

I accept payments through Paypal. Paypal accepts major credit cards. Payment needs to be made at time of purchase before I can start your order. Paying by E-Check takes from 2-6 days to clear. Orders will not be scheduled until your E-Check clears and is deposited in my account.

If you DO NOT pay for your listing IMMEDIATELY after, OR inform me of when you will be paying for the transaction, I will be CANCELING the sale after 24 hours!! If you have no intention of purchasing the item, please do not agree to pay.

***Please be careful when ordering: get the correct size, make sure you have double checked spelling on personalized items. I do not offer a refund or exchange on custom made items but if I have made a mistake, I CERTAINLY will correct it. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery confirmation and I will put a rush on your order to make it correct.

Short Sleeve and Long Sleeve Ruffle or Plain T-Shirt Sizes: My t-shirts are 100% cotton and very soft. Due to the Ruffle T-shirts being a hit and miss with the manufacturer, Plain T-Shirts will be substituted if Ruffle T-Shirts are out of stock.

Because I am a handmade company, all items are handmade and not in mass production. ALL items and or embellishments may vary slightly as I cannot guarantee ribbon/flower or fabric. Though all of my Items are created with safety in mind, some items may have a sewn on applique or Buttons, if become unattached are a choking risk. By purchasing items from Lil Lovey Boutique, you agree that I am NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while using and wearing any of my items.

***CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Please turn bodysuits, t-shirts, bloomers and leg warmers inside and wash with a mild detergent in COLD water on delicate cycle. Hang to dry or lie flat to dry. DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER! DO NOT IRON RIBBON!
